Miss Cathryn Quarmby LLB (Hons) MIPA, launched Swift Office Solutions in order to provide her vast knowledge and experience to professionals, individuals and business start-ups, who require virtual office services but not on a full-time basis.

Cathryn operates Swift Office Solutions from its base in Oldham, Greater Manchester, however your geographical location is irrelevant, and this is because in order to utilise the full range of services offered by Swift Office Solutions, all you require is a computer, an Internet connection and the desire for your business to run more efficiently.

Cathryn has more than fourteen years’ experience in providing high-quality Audio and Digital Transcription, Administration/Secretarial Services and Personal Assistance to Senior Management. During her successful career Cathryn has been responsible for managing teams of receptionists and administration staff, providing personal assistance to directors, supervising her own department and being involved in stock control. Cathryn also has experience in credit management, dissertation/thesis writing and the typing-up of reports.

During the last seven years, before launching Swift Office Solutions, Cathryn was a Solicitor's Clerk and Personal Assistant to the sole principal of a law firm. During this time Cathryn attended Manchester Metropolitan University, on a part-time basis, and achieved a 2:1 Law Degree. Cathryn also holds qualifications in Customer Service, Business Administration and Business Management. For fun Cathryn achieved qualifications in British Sign Language, Criminology and Sociology.

Swift Office Solutions is also a member of the Institute of Professional Administrators and The Society of Virtual Assistants. Cathryn is also a member of the Oldham Business Network, which provides help and assistance to businesses in Oldham.
